4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We will not be liable for any delays outside our control.

  • Risk and ownership of goods pass to you upon delivery.

  • Please inspect goods on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

6. Warranty and Repairs

Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary per product and exclude:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair.

  • Normal wear and tear.

We may facilitate repairs in accordance with warranty conditions. Proof of purchase is required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
