Protek Copper Flow Plus 100ml is a copper-based contact bactericide and fungicide designed to manage a range of fungal and bacterial diseases in various crops. Its active ingredient is Copper Ammonium Acetate (315g/L), making it effective as a preventative treatment

• Broad-spectrum control: Targets diseases such as anthracnose, bacterial blight, bacterial spot, bacterial speck, black spot, cerospora spot, downy mildew, early and late blight, gum spot, rust, scab, and sooty blotch.

• Versatile application: Suitable for use on apples, avocados, beans, cabbage, cucurbits, grapes, mangoes, peaches, potatoes, and tomatoes.

• Application guidelines:

  • Apples: 25ml per 10L water; apply two applications seven days apart.

  • Avocados: 50ml per 10L water; use preferably during low infestations and preferably as a last spray in a spray programme.

  • Beans: 50ml per 10L water; apply every 7 to 14 days depending on disease pressure.

  • Cabbage: 50ml per 10L water; apply weekly, depending on disease development.

  • Cucurbits: 40ml per 10L water; apply at an early trailing stage or when infestation is expected.

  • Grapes: 50ml per 10L water; apply approximately 10L spray mixture per 100m².

  • Mangoes: 50ml per 10L water; apply at 2 to 4 week intervals from just after fruit set until harvest.

  • Peaches: 40ml per 10L water; apply at approximately 50% leaf drop stage.

  • Potatoes: 50ml per 10L water; commence spraying before or when first symptoms are noticed.

  • Roses: 50ml per 10L water; spray every second week.

  • Tomatoes: 50ml per 10L water; start application shortly after transplant when plants are 15cm high.

• Safety precautions: Handle with care as it is harmful when swallowed, may irritate skin and eyes, and should be stored away from food and feedstuffs in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons, and animals. Do not enter treated areas until the spray deposit has dried unless wearing protective clothing. Avoid inhalation of spray mist, wear protective clothing, a face shield, and rubber gloves, wash with soap and water after use, and prevent drift onto non-target areas. Clean application equipment thoroughly, dispose of wash water safely, triple-rinse empty containers, and destroy them by perforation and flattening. Never reuse empty containers for any other purpose and prevent contamination of food, feeds, drinking water, and eating utensils.Minimum time between last application and harvest:

  • Apples, Avocados, Mangoes, Peaches: 14 days.

  • Beans, Cruciferae, Cucurbits, Tomatoes: 3 days.

  • Table Grapes: 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Wine Grapes: 21 days.

  • Potatoes: 14 days
