I have no clue when it comes to lawnmowers.. all I know is how to start it, fill it with petrol and operate it. When my lawnmower lost it first wheel, my journey with GP lawnmowers started. Better service you won't get anywhere else! I now made my 3rd purchase through them for a baffle.. believe me, this has been a learning curve for me, but a most pleasant experience working through them!
